The new interior of the HOLON urban puts a strong emphasis on barrier-free accessibility. Materials were carefully selected from suppliers specialized in the public transport sector to ensure easy cleaning and low-maintenance operation, without compromising on high-quality design. 

Key features of the interior include high-contrast visual elements, such as color-coded handrails, and a consistent application of the two-senses principle: All user interactions with the vehicle are designed to engage at least two senses — for example, combining visual and auditory signals — to ensure accessibility for all passengers. 

As one of the first manufacturers to deliver autonomous movers with automotive standards and industrial scalability, HOLON offers complete, ready-to-deploy systems. The HOLON urban is fully electric, barrier-free, and can be used both on fixed routes and as an on-demand service. It seats up to 15 passengers and is tailored to the needs of public transport operators, municipalities, and campuses or airports alike. 

Starting in August 2025, the vehicle will be deployed in its first real-world pilot project – the ALIKE project in partnership with Hamburger Hochbahn.
